How soon can you schedule a cleaning?

We typically can schedule cleanings within 1-3 business days for residential services and 3-5 business days for commercial services, depending on our current schedule. However, we understand that urgent needs arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments through Venmo and Zelle.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge a cancellation fee, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unexpected situations can happen — just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?

No, you don't need to be present during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with entry instructions or a key/code for access. Our team is fully insured and trustworthy. However, if you prefer to be home during the first cleaning to discuss specific needs, we're happy to accommodate that.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
